It's like Christmas Eve for soccer fans, and it only comes once every 4 years! We're rallying LA's sports business community on Wed 6/11 to celebrate the start of the World Cup!

Why: To meet and mingle with sports business and entertainment industry professionals and celebrate the start of the World Cup!
Sports and Social Change & Sports Studio have teamed up for LA's most amazing World Cup Kickoff Party! Join us to network with sports business and entertainment industry professionals who share in the passion and excitement for the World Cup.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase (cash bar) and we'll have plenty of raffle prizes and give-aways throughout the night. There's a full video game arcade on-site as well as an "air soccer" table so you can show off your skills.
You'll also have a chance to meet several amazing organizations who use the "beautiful game" as a tool for social change including:

Futbol: The Beautiful Game @ LACMA
LACMA will be joining us to highlight their current exhibit "Futbol: The Beautiful Game," which examines soccer and its significance in societies around the world, and includes 30 artists who work in video, photography, painting and sculpture. This is a must-see for SoCal soccer fans - open now through 7/20.
There is no fee for this event however a limited number of tickets are available. RSVP now to secure a spot - tickets will be required for entry.
Parking info:
KorovaDTLA Studios is located at 654 S Myers St. in the downtown Los Angeles Arts District. Street parking is available on the east side of Myers St and on either side of Rio St. (1 block east of Myers). Parking is limited so we encourage you to get here early or ride-share if possible.
*Parking note: There is a music rehearsal studio directly across the street on the west side of Myers; parking in their lot is NOT allowed, however there is plenty of parking on the backside of that building on Mission Road, facing the LA River.
